Bookings can be made through the following channels:
Your booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp or email containing your booking reference number, tour date, pickup time, and pickup location. Please keep this confirmation safe and present it to your driver on the day of the tour.
💡 Tip: We recommend booking at least 24–48 hours in advance, especially for weekend tours and peak season (October–April). Same-day bookings are possible subject to availability.
We offer special group rates for parties of 6 or more guests. Contact us directly via WhatsApp or email for a customised group quote. Group bookings require a minimum 48-hour advance notice and may require a deposit.
We are happy to accommodate special requests such as dietary requirements (vegetarian, vegan, halal, gluten-free), birthday celebrations, anniversary setups, or accessibility needs. Please inform us at the time of booking so we can make the necessary arrangements.
Need to change your tour date, number of guests, or package? You can amend your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour, subject to availability. Amendments within 24 hours may incur additional charges.
