Booking Policy

1. How to Book

Bookings can be made through the following channels:

• Website: Submit an enquiry form on any tour page and our team will confirm availability within minutes.
• WhatsApp: Message us at +971 50 190 2213 for instant booking assistance.
• Phone: Call us at +971 4 283 0889 (9 AM – 9 PM, 7 days a week).
• Email: Send your request to info@arabianfuntours.com.

2. Booking Confirmation

Your booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp or email containing your booking reference number, tour date, pickup time, and pickup location. Please keep this confirmation safe and present it to your driver on the day of the tour.

3. Group Bookings

We offer special group rates for parties of 6 or more guests. Contact us directly via WhatsApp or email for a customised group quote. Group bookings require a minimum 48-hour advance notice and may require a deposit.

4. Special Requests

We are happy to accommodate special requests such as dietary requirements (vegetarian, vegan, halal, gluten-free), birthday celebrations, anniversary setups, or accessibility needs. Please inform us at the time of booking so we can make the necessary arrangements.

5. Child & Infant Policy

• Infants (0–2 years): Free of charge on most tours. Must be accompanied by a parent/guardian at all times.
• Children (3–11 years): Child rates apply on most tours. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
• Age restrictions: Some activities (e.g., dune bashing, jet ski, quad biking) have specific minimum age requirements noted on the tour page.

6. Booking Amendments

Need to change your tour date, number of guests, or package? You can amend your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour, subject to availability. Amendments within 24 hours may incur additional charges.
