Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Free Cancellation

2. Late Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled tour time are subject to the following charges:

• 12–24 hours before: 50% cancellation fee.
• Less than 12 hours before: No refund. The full tour amount will be charged.

3. No-Show Policy

If you do not show up at the designated pickup location at the confirmed time without prior notice, no refund will be issued. Our driver will wait up to 15 minutes at the pickup location. After that, the tour will proceed without you.

4. Rescheduling

Want to change your tour date instead of cancelling? We offer free rescheduling with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability. Contact us via WhatsApp or email to arrange a new date.

5. Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed as follows:

• Credit/Debit card payments: Refunded to the original card within 5–10 business days.
• Bank transfers: Refunded within 7–14 business days.
• Cash payments: Refunded via bank transfer to your nominated account.
• Online payments: Refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6. Weather & Force Majeure

In the rare event that a tour is cancelled by Arabian Funtours due to severe weather, government restrictions, or other force majeure events, you will receive either a full refund or a free reschedule to the next available date — your choice.

7. Partial Refunds

If you leave a tour early or choose not to participate in certain activities, no partial refund will be provided. The tour price covers the complete package as described.
