Payment Policy

Arabian Funtours payment policy.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods for your convenience:

  • Cash: Pay in AED (UAE Dirhams) upon pickup or at the tour location.
  • Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express accepted.
  • Bank Transfer: Wire transfer to our UAE bank account (details provided upon request).
  • Online Payment: Secure online payment links available via WhatsApp or email.

2. Currency

All prices displayed on our website are in US Dollars (USD) or UAE Dirhams (AED) as indicated. The applicable exchange rate for cash payments in other currencies will be determined at the point of sale. We recommend paying in AED or USD for the best rate.

3. When to Pay

Reserve Now, Pay Later: Most tours can be reserved with no upfront payment. You pay on the day of the tour directly to your driver or guide. Some premium and private tours may require advance payment or a deposit.

4. Pricing Transparency

All prices listed on our tour pages are inclusive of the services mentioned under "What's Included." There are no hidden fees. Optional extras (such as quad biking, photography packages, or upgrades) are clearly marked and priced separately.

5. Deposits

For the following booking types, a deposit may be required:

  • Private tours: A 30% deposit may be requested to secure your exclusive vehicle and guide.
  • Group bookings (6+): A 20% deposit may be required to guarantee group pricing and allocation.
  • Peak season (Dec–Jan): Advance payment may be required for high-demand dates.

6. Receipts & Invoices

A digital receipt or invoice can be provided upon request via email after your tour. For corporate bookings, we issue detailed tax invoices. Please contact us at info@arabianfuntours.com to request an invoice.
