1. General

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Arabian Funtours website and your participation in any tours, activities, or services provided by Arabian Funtours LLC ("the Company"). By booking a tour or using our services, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Tour Participation

• All guests must follow the instructions of their tour guide and driver at all times for safety reasons.
• The Company reserves the right to refuse participation to any guest who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or whose behaviour may endanger themselves or others.
• Guests with pre-existing medical conditions (heart problems, back injuries, pregnancy) must inform us before booking. Some activities may not be suitable.

3. Health & Safety

Arabian Funtours prioritises the safety of all guests. Our vehicles are fully insured, regularly inspected, and driven by licensed professionals. Life jackets, safety gear, and first-aid kits are provided where applicable. However, adventure activities inherently carry risks, and guests participate at their own discretion.

4. Liability

Arabian Funtours LLC shall not be liable for:

• Loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during tours.
• Injuries resulting from a guest's failure to follow safety instructions.
• Delays, cancellations, or itinerary changes caused by weather, traffic, government orders, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• Third-party services (hotels, restaurants, attractions) not directly operated by Arabian Funtours.

5. Itinerary Changes

The Company reserves the right to modify tour itineraries, activities, or routes without prior notice due to weather conditions, road closures, safety concerns, or operational requirements. In such cases, reasonable alternatives will be provided.

6. Photography & Media

By participating in our tours, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included, please inform your tour guide at the start of your tour. Photos taken by our team may be used on our website, social media, and marketing materials.

7. Passport & Documentation

For tours that involve border crossings (such as the Musandam Dibba Tour), guests must carry their original passport. The Company is not responsible for guests being denied entry due to visa or documentation issues.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Arabian Funtours website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the intellectual property of Arabian Funtours LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
